How to Send Instagram DMs From Your Desktop
I DM so many of you! This whole thing started with so many of you saying "You should make a newsletter so it doesn't just live in your IG Story." Well now... I get to DM you straight from my Macbook instead of just my phone... and I'm THRILLED!

Apple and Google partner on COVID-19 contact tracing technology
It's possible this topic is going to hit your phones voluntarily in the beginning and internally later so say the reports. I leave you to form your own opinion however. I have a feeling this will be something we'll speak on more sooner than later.

Here's a pdf on how the Bluetooth privacy will work
This is a White Paper from Google on using Bluetooth for contact tracing. It's a little heavier of a read.

Google Play is getting a new Kids section filled with ‘Teacher Approved’ apps
Y'er kiddos are home every day and got those phones in their grubby paws during the new virtual "school day". Google is gonna help you out with curating some good ole education apps for your young'ns. Slip 1 or 2 in between their Fortnite "chicken dinners".
My App Recommendation

Play an AVOCADO in real life... sort of.
This is crazy fun and an oddly addicting game. You're an avocado in a workshop. It's sort of like a story in the real world with this cool animated avocado curveball. There's nothing like this I have ever played before. Download it, and literally be in awe at this game that's totally art on your screen.

This App Makes iPhone Frame Gifs SO Beautiful, You Won’t Believe It! — Apps with Wade
I wrote up a review on the app that makes me look like a genius when it comes to making these polished iPhone framed gifs. If you have an iPhone and ever want to share a screen recording (I do it all the time), this app effortlessly adds polish to the whole thing.
Last Week You Asked Me...

I was interviewed!!!
Bublup, the app I use to store my newsletter research, reached out for an interview with me on how I use the app platform to organize my research for this newsletter. That talk turned into a YouTube video. I'm proud to share that with you here now.
And Lastly...

I'm putting on a 15 minute live event this weekend!
In 15 minutes, I'm going to show you how to make those amazing portrait story clips I use on IG (@appswithwade). You know the ones with a solid black or white background. Many have asked how I do it and I've been wanting to try a webinar so... here we go! I'd love your support on this 1st test run of doing a live event. It's 15 minutes and I'm going to pile in a ton of fun info on IG Stories and how I make these unique thumb-stopping clips.
